Is sending an inquiry a booking?
No. An inquiry simply asks us to check availability. We reply with suitable options and a quote, and nothing is booked until you confirm the details.
How do you price a charter?
Each charter is quoted individually, based on the destination, date, vessel, duration, group size and any added services.
Can I inquire about more than one destination?
Yes. Choose your main destination in the form and list any others in your message.
Will I see the actual vessel before booking?
Yes. We share details of the vessels available for your date, including what each charter includes, so you can choose with confidence.
What if my dates are flexible?
Tell us. Flexible dates often open up more vessel choices, especially in peak seasons and around major events.
Which details are required to request a quote?
Only your name, email address, number of guests and destination. A charter date, phone number, the occasion and a few lines about your plans are optional, but they help us suggest the right vessels and quote more accurately.
What if my destination is not in the list?
Choose Other destination at the end of the list and type the place you have in mind. We will tell you honestly whether we can help there.
Do I need an exact charter date?
No, the date is optional. If you are flexible, leave it blank or describe your window in the message. Availability and pricing depend on the date, so a confirmed date lets us quote precisely.
Who should I count in the number of guests?
Everyone who will be on board, including children and infants. Every vessel has a legal passenger limit, and in places such as U.S. waters the limit depends on the vessel's Coast Guard status, so an accurate count matters.
