Information you give us
When you send a charter inquiry, email or call us, you may share details such as your name, email address, telephone number, travel dates, group size, preferred destination and any message you write. We use this information to reply to your inquiry, check vessel availability, prepare quotes and help arrange the charter you request. Please don't include sensitive personal information, such as payment card numbers, in the inquiry form.
The quote form
The Request a Quote form on our contact page is part of this website; no outside form service is involved. When you send it, our web server checks your answers and emails them to our charter team at info@YachtCharterBoatRentals.com. The form does not save your request in a database or in your browser.
To limit spam, the server briefly keeps a one-way coded record of when a request was sent, derived from your connection address and email address. It cannot be turned back into either and is used only to stop repeated automated submissions.
Sharing with charter providers
To check availability and arrange a charter, we may share relevant details of your request, such as your dates, group size and requirements, with the vessel owners or operators in your chosen destination.
Cookies and third-party services
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies of its own. It does load the following third-party services:
- Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces used on the site. Your browser connects to Google's servers to download them.
- Social media links to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, which open those platforms in a new tab. Their own policies apply once you visit them.
The website itself does not store personal information in your browser. Video and sound settings on the homepage reset each time the page loads.
